ROLE: COMMERCIAL BUSINESS MANAGER

This company are well known within the Medication Delivery Business and due to recent successes within this area they now have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Business Manager. The main aspects of the role will include:

• Develop strong relationships with key purchasing decision makers, in key divisions and maintain a "network" of key opinion leaders in those divisions to ensure that a positive environment is maintained for the promotion and sales of products for the commercial portfolio;
• Work with the Contracts Manager to optimise sales of products through contractual and other agreements and arrangements between the company, the NHS, the Private Sector and other organisations to grow the Commercial business;
• Work closely with Contracts Manager to service and grow the Homecare customer sector on volume, sales, GP and overall support and dependancy on the company;
• Work cross divisionally in Medication Delivery to link in other divisions products to the commercial portfolio;
• Work closely with the Contracts Manager to co-ordinate the Pain Management Infusor Business, Intermates and Nutritional products for the Commercial business inclusive of sales, pricing and training needs by the Nursing Team;

ROLE: HEALTHCARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Development Manager from within the Sussex/Surrey/Kent area, although it is initially to be on a 9-12 month contract, this will more than likely turn into a permanent position by the end of this period. The role will be within the Immunology Therapy Area, and our client is one of the major names within this area, sporting a very broad and successful portfolio, as well as promoting a brand name, which is synonymous with both quality and innovation. The role of the Healthcare Development Manager is key in supporting key brands and in increasing the opportunities to prescribe them. This is achieved through calling on customers primarily centred within the Strategic Health Authorities, Primary Care Organisations and Specialist Commissioning Groups and for Immunology – to drive both the current indications and the impending indications for the key product. It will also be necessary to develop close working relationships with the Regional Managers and Sales Teams to maximise effectiveness.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate successful selling within both Primary and Secondary Care markets. They must also possess Key Account Management Skills and an understanding of the changes that are occurring within the new NHS, and the implications that these changes may have for the UK Healthcare Market.

Salary will be in the range of £40-50k and will be dependant on experience.
