Keira J. MacDougall

Keira J. MacDougall - is the founder and Managing Director of KJM Management Limited. With a degree in Marketing and having come from a Pharmaceutical sales background she has now been working in the recruitment industry for just over 6 years.

Keira has high aspirations for KJM and is looking to expand the recruitment sector of the company substantially over the next 12 months and is also a past finalist in both the Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the Shell LiveWire Business Growth Challenge.

Recently named as the 10th most eligible female in a Scotland on Sunday survey she also likes to keep very fit and attends the gym at 630am every morning!

Colin Wightman

Colin Wightman - came from a sales background to join KJM in 2004 and heads up the legal recruitment team.

Colin is fast establishing himself as one of the most professional consultants in this Industry and he hopes to grow the division in the near future.

Our resident party animal Colin can often be found out 'on the town' at a weekend, he also enjoys regular visits to the gym - although rumour has it that he doesn't make it past the bar!  He has spent many years travelling throughout Europe and the world but is now enjoying life back in to Scotland and working with KJM.
